The 0.4–0.6 mm pellet is calibrated for tetra mouth anatomy — suitable for small-mouthed Ember and Neon Tetras through to larger Black Skirt and Congo varieties. The slow-sinking action lets schooling tetras intercept pellets at their preferred mid-water feeding zone, reducing competition from bottom-dwelling tank mates.
